High quality emblem
Refinishing the engine cowl on a 1990 70 hp Evinrude. I needed a flexible stick-on emblem to replace the stock emblem embedded in a plastic frame that mounts on the low front of the cowl. After searching high and low I decided this was my best option. I'm cutting the bottom half off of one of these to insert into the frame. All I'll be using is the gray background with the red E. It's the right width and just needs cut to height. It's going to work perfectly!

OEM part does the job right
This OEM part was perfect for reinstalling the water pressure gauge line on my 70 hp Evinrude. Former owner said his mechanic disabled the water pressure gauge and just ran the tattletale for some reason. I'm assuming the line to the gauge was bad. While I understand the tattletale is much more reliable, I struggle to turn around to see it due to a neck fusion. I ran all new hose from the existing gauge to the motor and tee'd into the tattletale line close to the fitting on the lower cowl with this part. Works perfectly! A bit pricey, but it's the right part.
