MacMini A1103 Combo drive
This was the perfect replacement for my failing A1103 Super Drive. Although this doesn't do any DVD writing, I knew this in advance by researching the difference on the Internet (who would be creating DVD's on a 2005 G4 Mac anyway?) We are using this for my kids to play inexpensive educational games that are 10 years old on a 11 year old MacMini. I don't even worry that my kids might "break" the computer when playing the games.
The seller provided a great product at a great price and the shipping was just right, especially for free shipping!

Perfect for iMac 2008 transmitting video to a projector with DVI!
Pro - This product was perfect for my iMac 2008 that I needed to hook up to a projector for Zoom dance classes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cons - none

DVI (as a standard) supports video signals only; it does not support audio. This is a global standard, so do not be frustrated with this product. The product is great and does what it's designed to do! Research the right setup for your needs.
