NEW Fender GEN 4 Noiseless Stratocaster Pickup Strat Set 099-2260-000 FAST SHIP

Best noiseless by far

First the vintage noiseless - very bright and squeaky clean with their 1 meg ohm pots. Then the hot noiseless as on Beck's long awaited signature strat - sharper and, well, hotter. Then the very nice Samariam Cobalts - still clean but darker and a tough act to follow. But these 4th generation noiseless do it! They have that sweet sound especially in the 2 and 4 positions, bell-like as they say especially with a bit of chorus mixed in. The bridge by itself is beefy enough to drive any amp - awesome as I said, by itself, my favorite . The middle is strong and flavorful. The neck is perfect bluesy and ballsy. With the set hooked into the S-1 switch the lush tones just multiply. Very nice! Very cool! Definitely worth the price.

Smooth

Easy to install with the UMP kit , very smooth action, good looking. Non staggered works fine on the jazzmaster. I love the locking aspect, that's the reason I bought the tuners, the jazzmaster string length needs to be as long as possible, especially for the first string. I had trouble keeping that string from slipping constantly. With the lockers it's no problem at all. All in all, a great investment and upgrade, unless you plan to resell your Fender somewhere down the road. In that case, you need to keep it original.
