CD Drive Did Not Work

I was not concerned with the cosmetics because I had another front panel. However, the CD player DID NOT load at all. I had to replace a broken part in the drive. Even then, I still have to push the disc to help it load, sometimes requiring several tries. The photo shows a disc playing on the display. I don't know how that was even possible with the broken drive.
