I have severe muscle tension, migraines, and IBS-C. I hoped that this magnesium supplement would be helpful with any of these problems but it seems it's as ineffective as the rest. I've not noticed any increase in focus or memory either.

You get what you pay for.
Not great sound quality, but gets the job done.

SCAMMED
I purchased this product. The seller refunded my money, told me they had surgery (lie) and upped the price by nearly 10 times. This product can be found for less than half this price on ebay, don't waste your money.
