Rods supporting baskets defective
I bought one of these hoping to put it in my closet and toss everything in. There are plastic rods at each edge used to support the baskets so they stand up. The rods are held in place by Velcro straps. On mine, one Velcro strap tore off within a week. The others don't really do their job of holding the rods. They poke out and stick out all the time. I'm constantly having to open and push them back in. This is a really poor design for actual use, but good for cheap shipping and easy assembly. I do not recommend it if you think it will behave as it appears in the picture.
