This brand and product carries the highest dose of Vitamin C 5000mg that is easily found and comes in an absorbable powder form. I use it in my morning fruit smooothie, protein drink. Takes some time to acquire the tangy taste, but you get used to it knowing that it is healthy for you! Just add sweet fruits, juices, and fresh vegetables such as wheat grass, kale, spinach and even zucchini and you have a nutritious drink!
