Pinnacle Matcha is an Australian business selling 100% pure organic matcha green tea powders, ceremonial and culinary grades. We also sell Japanese loose leaf green tea, known as Sencha. Our matcha powders are selected from organic certified farms by JAS (Japan), UDSA, EU or NASAA (Australia). We also sell unique organic matcha blends - Sweet Matcha Powder and popular Matcha Chai Latte mix. Our pure Japanese tea comes directly from the Kagoshima and Shizuoka regions. They are made from young and supple leaves of Spring harvests, and hence the matcha produced has smooth and subtle umami green tea flavour. The leaves are harvested by hand (not machine), steamed, air dried (not oven dried), and stone ground to less than 20 micron in particle size. This ensures maximum nutritional value.
