Great meal substitute!
It tastes very good and actually curbed my appetite. I mixed with milk, added strawberries, a banana and flaxseed. It's like having a delicious malt.

These wipes are very good quality. When I pull one out of container just one comes out and not 3 more attached like many wipes do.
