"Seek out the real one"
20 of 23 found this helpful I find this to be a cheap knock-off. It may have an Hitachi motor, just not the same one as the original Magic Wand. I know because I own an original (about 6+yrs ) that still works and wanted a back up. For the price I thought I'd give this a try and didn't read the reviews until after the purchase (stupid me). When the wand arrived the weight alone made me suspect, once plugged in and fiddling around with it for a few minutes to get up to top speed confirmed my suspicions, that this piece of dung does not even come close to my 6yr old original Hitachi. To sum up, this item may make some undemanding peeps happy, but for me, I would have been better off spending the $20 on a bottle of wine and got creative with the empty bottle (hehe).
