Well designed and engineered product. Much better design than typical inflatable pillows.
I usually sleep 30-45 mins max, on a 6 hr flight. This pillow can nearly double the sleep-time. If you're not a carefree-plane-sleeper, dont expect magic, but expect a slight improvement in your ability to sleep due the added neck support.
It packs and folds down to about the size of a small pocketbook, which I keep right in front of my laptop, which also servers as some protection for the laptop while traveling.
I'd say this pillow is easily worth the price if you travel more than twice a month, on flights lasting longer than an hour each.
