Nice book, will parse through as lots of good stuff keeping the outdated information in mind !
My bad, should of screen how old it was written. Problem is all recipes call for Margarine. Margarine is terrible for you.Fat Free is really bad for you ! All sugar substitutes are really bad for you except Stevia. It has you using Aspartame and saccerine. So far free they substitute sugar and remove fat. Sugar causes cancer , promotes bacteria and destroys your pancreas. Fat helps foods slide out of you when digestion. You need fat to exist. Margarine solidifies inside you( hydrogenated) Bad. Anyway old school thinking, not cutting edge?
