I wanted to return these poorly made cabinet restraints but we tossed them and ordered quality ones. These didn't even withstand the slightest pressure from the cabinet and the cable came out of the terminal end. They require the product returned for a refund but good thing we tossed them I guess, so no one will get these sent to them. They would not issue a refund. A decent company or person would issue refund, character is noted...
