It works
All functionality works, which is great. The only downside is the responsiveness to button presses is not the best, sometimes one has to point more carefully at the bottom of the TV and press a button again. (This is partially the TV's fault too.) This thing is also surprisingly inexpensive ... to regain full functionality of a Vizio TV you lost the remote for.

Works just as expected
If you built a server or workstation roughly 6 years ago, and chose a cheaper Xeon E3-1xxxV3 at the time, you can refresh that old system with what is probably the best cpu for that mobo, now for pretty cheap. In my case, it's consistently 400 MHz faster, with pretty much the same power usage and temps.

if you know what this is you want it
I use this with an IBM model M SSK. It's high quality, reliable, and very configurable (if you can handle the command-line tools used to configure it). If you don't know what this is, you probably don't need it. If you do know what this is for, go for it, it's good.
