Luftwaffe night attack over Russia
Good variety of decals for Luftwaffe aircraft that are often ignored in mainstream kits and conversion sets.
I can't really rate this product on durability as I will only know once I actually use them.
If they pass this test, then they merit an upgrade to 5 stars.

Good basic kit
This is my third copy of this kit as I needed some of its parts for a conversion into an even rarer Luftwaffe bird (Doirner Do 217M-11). Its not as good as Italeri's Dornier Do 217M-1 kit, but shares some parts with it and Italeri's earlier Do 217K-1 and N-1 kits (not to forget their Do 217E and J kits as well). About the only mistake Italeri made is that the HS-293 armed version should be a Do 217K-3 not a K-2.
About its only major weakness is that it still has raised panel lines, not recessed. I think the fuselage may now be just too narrow for the cockpit (maybe the mold has shrunk over the years?)Nonetheless, Italeri's Do 217 family of variants are still the best kits around for this Luftwaffe bird in 1/72 scale.
