easy to use
I would not have a working coffee maker last as long as my Braun has if it were not for regular water filter changes. I had a Krupp previously and it did not have the option of having replaceable water filters. My coffee maker did not last as a result of the water that eventually clogged it up. The coffee tastes better as well. no bitterness. you can actually tell when you are getting near a filter change because of the slight bitterness in the brewed coffee. After the filter is in the coffee taste reflects the difference.
