Item NOT as described!
I did receive some good customer service when I called the seller about this issue. But the problem is these filters might be factory seconds. They don't come in the octagonal box they come in the square box. Also, the description says new item in an unopened box. that Was not the case. Each of the boxes had been opened before and one had a tear across the lid as if it had been opened roughly a couple of times. I say factory seconds because the filters themselves have scuffs and some light scratches on the outside, the exterior, of the metal filter. Overall I wished I had purchased in person instead of ordered on eBay.
I have no reason to believe the engine oil filters won't perform as designed. It's just these peripheral issues are frustrating aren't they?
