Invest in a better product
Cheaply made, difficult to hook and unhook metal brew cup. Clip to keep brew cup secure when cleaning falls off every use.

Bought for my Mom
2 of 2 found this helpful The phone is working out well. Speaker phone is clear. Easy to understand. Speed dial is nice for my mother. We are using as a wall phone. Keep in mind that phone also needs an electrical plug-in when considering where you will use it.
