Amazing device for the money!
This was easy to assemble, only three parts to mount and quickly solder. It worked right away using my 9-volt battery. I got a box full of random capacitors and resistors and went to testing: it works fine and seems quite accurate. I mounted it inside a clear plastic box on short standoffs for protection: would not want to have the SMDs on the bottom of the board exposed to damage.

Great controller saves me many steps
This switching combo appears strongly made and it works great through walls etc. for quite a distance. My use for it: my DSL modem every now and then loses the internet. I would have to go down to the basement, unplug the power to the modem, wait ten seconds, and reconnect for the internet to come back on. Now with the modem plugged into the remote receiver, and the remote control next to my computer, I just shut down by remote control and restart without leaving my chair.
