A true lifesaver!
No "cons". The element fit perfectly and performs well. Immediately after installation, I had someone bake a cake which turned out perfectly.

A fantastic soap for those with sensitive skin
I have major problems with skin irritations. Even skin lotions that are supposed to be gentle create rashes. This soap cleans well and helps sooth problems. As a bonus, it smells great too.
