IGNORE THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!! The instructions appear great, perfect English etc, but obviously apply to a previous set! There is one ring for removal, one for insertion, and the instructions have these backwards. After snapping a breaker bar and much frustration, I inspected everything to find that the instructions had me trying to remove the bearing through the insertion ring! After swapping around it came straight out and after straightening with a 10 lb sledgehammer the insertion ring worked
