My dogs love this
We have toys of all kinds for our dogs, but both the 10-week-old Beagle puppy and the 4-year-old German Shepherd have made this their favorite, within minutes of its arrival. When I push the squeaker, it just sounds like a faint whooshing, like a broken squeaker in another toy, to me. However, both dogs perked up and RAN over to me when I squeezed it.
They both love it so much, I may need to get another, or several, to keep peace in the house, because right now the favorite games are "keep away" and "tug of war" over this giraffe. Is it the silent squeak, or the color yellow, or the toy's flatness that lets both dogs carry it no matter their size? I have no idea.
The German Shepherd has a habit of eating all her toys, so we'll have to wait to see how quickly she destroys it, if at all, but for even one day's peace and quiet- it's been worth every cent to me.
