Safety Squat Bar
I have been using a cambered bar for squats for some time now due to tight shoulders. I just purchased this safety squat bar and could not believe the workout i got. This bar forces you to keep upright more, positioning the weight like a front squat and really hits the core. I had to begin my work sets at 30% less weight and it was an awesome killer. Very solid construction, you cannot beat the price and came super fast. The width of this bar easily fit in my squat rack with a lot of extra room past the pins. I would recommend this bar as a great piece to add to any real gym or box.
