brilliant colors
2 of 2 found this helpful I love these pencils. They rate up with the Marco Raffine. They are oil base and sum what soft core. I love the way they lay and blend. There is no blooming with them. I am really satisfied with these color pencils and they are rally great for coloring. They lay with a creamy base. 100% recommend and satisfaction,
