The Rainbow Bridge: Ease your child's mind
This is an excellent book for children who have just lost a pet. It depicts a lovely meadow where pets who have died wait in luxury for their people to eventually come and reunite with them.

This canopy lasts a year.
If you want to buy a new one each yr--then it is fine. After last summer I just put a rather faded canopy up again....and now it is all ripped...from just the wind. the material doesn't hold up... :-(

good lil vac
1 of 1 found this helpful I have 4 cats-and with all the fur, dry food and litter they get everywhere I pretty much need to clean my floors daily. I have owned a roomba, and a swivel sweeper--both are good but need rechargeable batteries....the roomba didn't last long. I wanted something light for every day...because I have a bad back and can't pull out the big vac every day. I also wanted a rotating brush because of the fur. The hepa filter was a bonus-I really like that it traps all the dust. I also wanted to get rid of my reliance on rechargeable batteries--its annoying to wait and i have to keep spending money on them...so I actually wanted a cord again.
This little machine does a GREAT job on the fur--as good as my big hoover wind tunnel. It has a little "kickback" with the litter-but handles it ok. It doesn't scratch up my wood floors.
The one thing I didn't like was that the plastic connector part of the attachment hose broke after a few uses-don't try and stretch it too far (which really cuts down on its usefulness) and there is no on-board storage for the brush part for the attachment hose.....I used good old duct tape to fix both problems-but it isn't very elegant! lol.....
All in all-it does what I want very well...I'm really impressed with how well it picks up fur!
