I took some time off to fight Lung Cancer. Sorry I didn t speak up sooner but I didn t want the sympathy. Tough decision, but it s a tough disease. I have beaten it into remission but at a VERY high price. I need more recovery, but I WILL reopen!

Perfect for Construction or ANY outdoor use!
This is my husband's 2nd Commando. He works in construction in Florida. Sand, water, heat...yes, this phone IS waterproof, sandproof, weatherproof, you name it, it will survive whatever you throw at it. All ports seal tightly to keep out the dirt & water. The only reason this is his 2nd Commando is because the battery in the 1st one died after FIVE YEARS. We couldn't find a replacement, so we just purchased another Commando. It is well worth every penny spent. We would gladly pay much more for this phone. We just don't understand why they discontinued this phone. BIG mistake!
