will not fit neck sizes over 15'

I have a full sized spare that I can carry in my tow vehicle best insurance I have.
It cost less than half of the closes wheel. This wheel and a good used tire and I have a full size spare for well under $80. A great price for the comfort of not having to limp down the mountain on a mini spare and then return the next day to fetch the rv you could not have safely towed home on the factory spare.
If I could have done it this easily I would have sold the factory wheels and changed them all to this inexpensive replacement.

Fun toy but dim
This thing is thinner than you think. There is almost no contrast between the dark grey background and the pale gray of the pen strokes. With good light you can see what you wrote. If left as a message would probably be ignored.
It need to be more like a post It than a faint pencil line.
