  The lamp wasn't packaged correctly resulting in chips and scratches on the stones. The seller offered a small discount (5% of purchase price) for damages. He said his profit was ten percent of the sale and that he couldn't ask the person who consigned it for more money. I felt bad and didn't take the discount. I guess he couldn't ask the seller to cover the damages because of his mistake in packaging. Shipping speed was fine. Not received as described. Value was diminished when I received it.

  That buyer did not mention the whole story. He could not take picture of the damage. I made 2 offers to him. 5% refund OR HE CAN RETURN THE ITEM AND HE WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED. hE EMAILED BACK SAYING AFTER ALL i REALLY LIKE THE LAMP AND WILL KEEP IT. What a pityfull buyer not to mention the whole story
