  Item arrived and had a crack in the frame that was welded together. It was hidden by the hitch plate cover. Never mentioned in ad nor mentioned when I made offer on his price. A 10 dollar refund is a joke and seller is no good in my book. He just made the refund up on his own without asking what would make it right. Again seller is fraudulent and deceitful based on my one experience.
