Better than Bose 700
13 of 15 found this helpful Decided to try these after having bought and tried the Bose 700. In short, the ANC Sony uses is far superior to Bose’s. I could make out every word spoken around me when using the Bose (no music playing) whereas the Sony makes voices muffled (no music playing). The sound quality is also much clearer in the Sony than the Bose. The Bose might be made of premium materials, which is very nice, but the Sony are more comfortable and perform far better. I wish Sony would up their game on the materials, and make the headband adjustable to a smaller setting for small heads, but those are my only complaints.
