Good but a bit loose
I bought the spec band to hold my prescription glasses on my head whilst kayaking. They do the job but I had to put a knot at the back to keep them effective. I tried fitting the strap further along the arms of my specs to tighten the strap but that through-out the focus because the strap rested on my ears.
