Still works!
After rediscovering the endless game play and carnege fun factor of Doom 2016, I wanted to go back revisit an old favorite Doom 3. Doom 3 is still an all around good game to play. Had forgotten how choosing between using the flashlight or having a weapon could mean a quick death or possible life continuing game play with either situation making my heart rate fly and shouting out four letter words!##!. Plays just great in Windows 10 after downloading the required patches. Love being able to save and come back days or weeks later and continue the to be startled. Great used price and think it is well worth it. Has been great to revisit and one of the few games that still can still startle me, raise my heart rate, and kind of scary to play alone in the dark. Still works for me!

Older Pre built PC, great card for me!
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased a refurbished HP 800 G1 i7 4790 and installed 8gb more ram (total 16gb) from a box I had laying around. Added Kingston 480gb SSD and the Nvidia 750Ti which cost me $264.00 total. Windows 10 came with the unit and cloned to the SSD. I am a novice and this is my first box like this and I am very happy with the outcome. The few older games I have can run at least at Medium or higher and I don't get lag or stuttering when there is a lot of action at one time. The Nvidia 750Ti is very quiet and draws power from the PCIE slot and I kept the stock power supply 320watts but may change out later if I get a more power hungry card.

2009 Mac Pro to 5690
Upgraded from 5675 Xeon to the 5690. A little gain in performance but does you watts to run. Easy to install and my 2009 Mac Pro is running in the range of 2012-2013 Mac Pro single CPU. Runs well and suits my needs.
