Great weathering
I scratch build 1890 era rail stock . I build with 1/32 basswood sheeting. It does not play well with paints or washes. These weathering powders when massaged into the wood stay well and if you get a spot that won't stick usually due to glue mix some with some rubbing alcohol and touch it up

Great for weathering truck assembly on model railroads

Keeps your train together
These couplers are good to keep your train together especially if your tracks have some humps in them. They are really effective if you take a few moments and co them with a coupler height gauge.
