I had to submit a claim but it was impossible to find the information needed to submit the claim through USPS. I called ebay and they were entirely unhelpful, telling me to blame the seller and try to get them to still pay for the item. Really messed up on the whole.

Great value
It was easy to program and it’s easy to use. Much louder than my old one and the buttons are also a lot easier to press. Definitely an improvement over the previous model.

Brand new in the box just as if I would have bought it for the Apple Store for a lot less $$.
