Sue Cook's Wonderful Cross Stitch Collection

The designs in this book are in full color and a good size which makes them easy to follow. There are not a lot of 1/2 stitches in the designs. A good book for beginners. The book offers ideas on how motifs can be combined as well as instructions of how the projects were made. Also information on fabrics and stitching techniques. A good variety of children's designs: a castle, dragon and dinosaur. There are gardening designs, baby designs and holiday patterns, suitable as greeting cards. As well as a couple of alphabets. It's a nice addition to any cross stitch book collection. There is nothing that I disliked about the book, expect there are too many designs I would like to stitch and not enough time to do them. I purchased the book at the recommendation of others on Amazon for it's unique selection of cross stitch designs.

Mini Stylis Just Right

I lost my other mini stylis and couldn't find another one like it any where. Tried the $1.00 at that store and it fell apart, the top came away from the bottom. Tried to glue it and the soft end lost its softness so it didn't work. The fancy beading on the outside made it harder to handle. This one is tapered just right and the slight ridges make it easy to feel in your hand.

Fits just right

Have looked a long time to find a product like this. Always hated wasting soil by having to fill a 14" rd container when planting each spring, especially when I change out in the fall with winter annuals. This will save soil, time in preparation and most of all less weight when moving the containers. Going to buy more to give as gifts to friends.
