Disappointed
2 of 2 found this helpful Didnt come with directions, just a link to youtube, bought in march and didnt use it until i opened my day spa, immediately had issues with microdermabrasion suction, it doesnt work. I emailed and they got back to me with another youtube video but it still doesnt work. All the pther stuff works, one of the knobs broke instantly so i use a needlepoint grip to turn it cause its hard but the suction is still very low not enough to effectively microderm. Very disappointed

Works great
Bought this months ago and have had no problems with it so far, sometimes if i fill water too much it seems to be leaking from the white heater tank
