Best multivitamin for men and women in extistence?
This is by far the best multi one can purchase on the market today. All organic vitamins and minerals that are derived from actual organic fruits and vegetables. I switched from Garden of life Men's Multi to this one, "Mykind organics Men's Multi". This one seems to have better nutrients in it, as well as I like the fact the serving size is 2 pills, meaning I can split up the vitamin dosages , 1 in the AM and 1 afternoon, to get the most benefits from the vitamin. A+ Vitamin, won't find a better one out there.

Truly a professional sports watch with its shock resistance (Spring Drive), 300m water resistance (helium saturation diving system), case shape / lightweight (solid titanium), and ergonomics (low center of gravity). Ken Okuyama's design of the Seiko LX Diver is brilliant.
