    We responded to you promptly and explained it was an honest mistake by a new employee. We also provided a prepaid return label and fully refunded you. Leaving negative feedback after full customer service support and refund is unfair.

    Hi,Please avoid making false claims. We responded you on time,provided a return label,and clearly informed you that if you liked the item, you could keep it,or return it for refund.The product you received exactly as shown in the pictures.The Garmin mention was a mistake by our staff the item sent is correct and as advertised.We also tried to contact you via messages or calls,but you didn’t respond. Kindly return item using the label if you don’t wish to keep it. But remove this unfair feedback
