Expensive for what you actually get ...
The screen is overpriced. Its exactly the same as a backdrop screen I bought only smaller - that cost just £12.
So what about the frame?
Well, you get some tubes and and plastic connectors and a weighted base that has small metal tent like pins - apparently to hold this huge sale to the ground outside. Regardless, a slight breeze would send this screen into orbit, so I won't be using it out side.
The screen is completely translucent to projected images and rather fiddly to erect. Images seemed washed out compared to my old (cheaper) reflective screen. In fact you can buy a motorised ceiling mounted screen for the same price.
It gets an "okay" from me.

Solid results
I've been powering a high quality DAC bypassing its supplied okay'ish power pack. Not expecting any major improvement in performance, the reality was mindblowinly good in just about every area. Dynamics, depth, soundstage/imaging with DSD demonstrating the biggest improvement.
I thought I'd experiment further.
I powered up my F8 multi tracking professional recording device. At 96khz and 192kHz PCM recording, I was taken back by a measured increase in dynamics and SN ratio (something already outstanding on the F8) ... The quality of the recording improved unexpectedly too. I'm going to experiment with other devices as the realisation that clean power does actually make an improved difference.
One mentioned issue is the fan.
When running low powered items, it's really not needed. I found an aluminum silent replacement for cheap, but a simple variable alternative that kicks in if things became warm, might be a good idea. To be honest, the unit never became warm in use. Maybe with high powered devices it does, this I haven't tested. The fan is there (I presume) for prolonged high powered usage only.
Overall, this regulated power supply is beautifully made, and it makes a real improvement to DAC's, DAW's and other DC powered sound devices - including my mentioned Zoom F8. It's a no brainer bargain.

Perfect for DJI Phantom 3
The Lexar is (in my opinion) more durable than most ... I use these for professional Drone work, and I come back with (typically) superb results everytime ... even after the odd accident - including being under water for several minuets.
If you film in 4k these cards will do the job perfectly.
