Not OEM!
Advertised as OEM for my saw model witch is a DW705 Type 6 but was not. If you want it to fit you will need to cut out two tabs inside the top part of the handle or it will not close. You will also need to drill out the cord hole if you want to use the cord protector as on the original.

Laser works but that's about it. Zero scope in, remove and reinsert and the scope is totally off.
