Handle replacement.
Purchased as a replacement for trimming handle that had failed. Didn't need any attachments.

Metal to wood bonding
The process of restoring an old Ford Model A requires several occasions where wood must be attached to sheet metal. When the car was on the production line, small nails held the dissimilar materials together. By using the 3M DP620 adhesive, those joints are now very strong and my car will live on for generations. The nails are used for alignment only and the joint strength is handled by the adhesive. Very difficult to get off of my skin so I'm sure to wear disposable gloves. It is expensive but the quality of the joint is worth the expense.

A good choice to repair an old toy.
I bought these replacement treads so that my grandson can continue to play with the old tank. He took an instant liking to it and of course the old treads didn't last long under the not-so-careful use of a four-year old. Only time will tell if the new treads last any longer. The design is a bit different from the originals but the rubber is soft and more compliant. Cosmetically they look fine on the tank. Stay tuned, film at 11.
