They are great
I've tried insoles the past 3 years. They were okay for a while. A year ago I bought these. Results have been wonderful. Ankles always hurt of a morning and knees ached at night. These are the only ones that gave me relief of ankle and knee pain. Mail carrier on a walking route turned me on to these. They are a bit stiff at first and have arches that hold up. Really help when spending time on rough terrain and ladders.
