Could have done better.
The switch came bent. It will not lay flat on the roadbed. I ordered a second one from a different source and it was not bent. It may be the padded envelope was not stiff enough to hold up with mail handling.

Great Detail for a small item
I purchased the tractor for my wife as a gift. She is a great fan of John Deere items which she developed watching the golf tournament they sponsor. She has placed the tractor on our N scale layout which conveniently has a farm. It's a great addition. The detail is fantastic and it stands out on the layout. As I find John Deere equipment in any scale I try and purchase it.

Well made kit
The kit is very well made and easy to assemble. The shipper packaged the kit in a sturdy box so nothing was damaged.
