The software CD and key is just fine, but....
When you use this software, be patient for the numerous updates that will download over a period of days. This is especially critical if you are using this as a stepping stone to Windows 10. I found that the supplied registration key is fine, but required a phone activation of some sort as the included documentation correctly discusses. The notice to do that from Microsoft did not come for several days after the initial install and I had difficulties with updates until that was taken care of. It's a Microsoft thing, not the software per se. I'd definitely buy this again.

Works exactly as it should.
This case is as close to OEM as you can get. Works just as you would expect.
