Great universal product (no drivers, no special sw req)
I have a been using one of these for a couple years and really like it.
Pros:
Driverless. Plugs into your USB and shows up as a flash drive where you can access the log files directly. So his will work on any (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.) system.
Log files are plain text files in standard NMEA format which many programs can use directly or is easily converted to other formats.
Log files are application independent so you can can tag your photos from any number of widely available free, shareware, and commercial apps. You do not need to use the included software application. I don't.
Uses standard AAA batteries. I use rechargeable NiMH batteries but it is great to know you can drop into any store and pick up alkaline AAAs in a pinch so you are not stuck with a dead logger all day long.
Allows changing the log interval (1 second, 5 seconds, 10 seconds) as well as the amount of info stored. While only 128MB of storage, I have used mine on two week vacations without having to download the logs to make room.
Cons:
Uses three (3) AAA batteries so if you want to use rechargeable batteries you have to typically buy 4 to get the three you need and make sure any charge you use can charge 3 batteries. Many 4-cell chargers often will only charge 2 or 4 so make sure your charger treats each individual position independently allowing 1, 2, 3, or 4 batteries to charge. A two cell design would have been better since it is much easier to find two cell chargers and buy rechareables in 2-cell packages.
Because it uses 3xAAA the logger is about the size of a flip style cell phone. So while not big it isn't petite either. Not really a con, but some people are picky about such things. I usually keep mine in an outer pocket of a backpack when in use so not a big deal.
Can sometimes be very slow initially getting sat lock. But once locked it works very well.
Fixed storage of 128MB so no ability to use removable memory cards. But as mentioned in the pros above, I have not found any issues with the amount of storage even on longer vacations.
In Summary, if you want a GPS logger that is very generic in that it works with any system as a mass storage device and logs very standard log files in a plain text format which can then be used with hundreds of apps, you can not go wrong with this model.

As advertised, works fine.
Just remember to pull the protective rubber caps off the ends before you try to plug them into your equipment. The caps are clear and look almost like lenses, so you can easily be fooled into thinking they are part of the cable. But it won't plug in fully with them on. Took me a few minutes to figure that out. :)
Great cable, seems very sturdy, and works great from my TV to my surround sound receiver. Would definitely buy again.

Works fine on 27-inch iMac 3.0GHz 6-core Intel Core i5 with Retina 5K display
Bought this kit to upgrade my 2019 27-inch Apple iMac (" 27-inch iMac 3.0GHz 6-core Intel Core i5 with Retina 5K display"). Works fine. These are the correct modules.
