Genius product. Only underwear for me now.
This product is genius. Little Johnny no longer hangs out with the boys. They’re still friends, only with a layer of fabric in-between. The boys lay comfortably in their own little pouch. No more sticking to my inner thighs, or as my son would call them ‘bat wings’. Just slip little Johnny or Bobby or Teddy [heck, you know your friend better than I do] into the amply sized hole and he’ll have his own private space right up front and center. Trust me, it’s the best seat in the house. No more dressing to the right or left. Best of all, I have not had to embarrassingly adjust myself in public even once since I began wearing these. I ised to sleep ‘al fresco’ but now I wear these to bed because they hold everything in place for a better night’s sleep. I imagine when summer comes, no friction will reduce sweat and odor. I can only wonder why nobody thought of this concept sooner.

Does not meet expectations
I purchased this for my mom, a stroke victim with use of only one hand which has crippling arthritis. This unit is far too intense for her. I tried it myself and it even hurt me. Also, the heat doesn’t seem enough to really be if any benefit.
