It's a good backup display output
I got mine for around $18.50 and for that much I would say you can with enough looking get much better performance per dollar. However I got mine mostly just as a simple troubleshoot/backup display output card that doesn't require external power.
As a backup card it does it's job and is decent enough to play games from around 2010 and some newer titles at 240p.

Has great features and they give max gpu...
Has great features and they give max gpu length but doesn't give max radiator sizes anywhere when on storage mode. Would have been 5/5 it they did but now I've got to improvise which is never fun.
