Fun Game

Great backlit remote for Sony HD TV
This product came fast and works exactly as advertised. The magic of this remote is the soft lighted dial that allows you to see basic functions in a dark room. For some reason Sony decided to sell 75in HD TV's with a basic remote that has NO light light function and you have to turn on a light or have a flashlight handy to see anything in a dark room. This backlit remote solves the problem!

4 of 4 found this helpful This book covers all the specifics of speed bag training, including the equipment, 24 fist punching and elbow striking techniques as well as hundreds of written practice combinations and pictures. It is not written from a boxers point of view, but rather looks at speed bag punching as an activity that is much larger than just boxing. A boxer mainly punches from the front of the bag, but this book teaches how to punch from all around the bag in many different angles and rhythms. It was written for beginners but also covers advanced topics for the more advanced user. There is also a DVD available.
