It is pretty hard to damage this type of bucket unless it is run over by an 18 wheeler. The restocking price is probably higher than the selling price so they come up with this type of excuse. Other sellers of this item have done the same thing to me saying it is out of stock and then raising the price a few days later. Come on sell it for what you have it listed for or don't list it for that price.
