good title
i really liked the book. it was very detailed with how to communicate. there were alot of helpful hints and teachable stuff.

this is an excellant book . very helpful
i am training to be a doula and it is a helpful book. this is also one of the required books that you must buy in order to take the exam to get the doula certification
